Self Employment Scheme for Graduates
The scheme for self-employment for unemployed Graduates is a unique scheme that is innovated by Dr.Pandey of IRDA Ltd.,New Delhi.
This scheme aims to improve the academic standards of the students studying in 6th standard to 12th standard by organizing them in a batch in their respective wards / panchayats. There will be a District level Chapter-wise test conducted on a weekly basis to analyze the students problem areas, evaluate the same with empanelled super specialist teachers.After identification of their problems, then coaching is arranged for improving the quality of education and the test results are fed in a special software of UMECS. There will be awards for the district level winners and the scheme brings forth preparedness among the student community for facing the State level/National level competition in their future years.
